Q. I forgot my username, how do I log in?
A. Your username is your e-mail address.
Q. I forgot my password, how do I log in?
A. Below the sign-in box, click on “Forgot your password?” This will take you through the process of resetting your password.
Q. How do I update my company profile?
A. Click “My WRC” in the upper right and then “My profile” to edit or update your full Work Ready Connect profile.
Q. How do I add new job listings?
A. Click the “Post New Job” button on the top of your dashboard page to create a new job listing.
Q. How do I add additional company locations?
A. Click on “My WRC” in the upper right and then “Manage Locations” to add new company locations. Please note that you must include a contact person for the location. This contact person can be the same for all locations.
Q. How do I keep track of job applicants?
A. Recent job applicants are listed in your Dashboard. You can also see this list by clicking on “My WRC” in the upper right and then “Recent Applications.” You are able to include notes on each applicant based on their skills, interviews, etc. These notes can be accessed when you click on the applicant’s name or through the “View Notes” option under My WRC.
Q. How do I know the job seekers have the skills I need?
A. All job seekers on Work Ready Connect have valid Work Ready Certificates that quantify their core job skills. You can match those skill levels to your Work Ready job profile or use Work Ready occupational profiles available at www.gaworkready.org.
Q. I am no longer hiring. Can I remove a job posting?
A. Click on “My WRC” in the upper right and then “Manage Job Listings” to see a list of your company’s posted jobs. To remove a job, click the “Close” button on the right.
Q. Does my account expire?
A. No, your account does not expire.
